Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Singapore seeks a Principal People Advisor, Asia to join the regional Asia HR team in a business partnering role. You will oversee a small team supporting people advisory and talent acquisition for Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan in close partnership with country managers and local market leaders.

You will lead and deliver first‑class people advisory services, including complex employee grievances, exits and contract negotiations, while also managing salary/bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resource management or other relevant disciplines.
• 10–12 years of relevant human resources experience, particularly in HR business partnering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global mixed business environment.
• Regional HR advisory experience in at least two of the following Asia locations (Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore or Taiwan) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver first‑class people advisory services including complex employee grievances, exits and contract negotiations.
• Oversee a small team supporting people advisory and talent acquisition across Asia Pacific.
• Manage personnel processes such as salary/bonus reviews, talent reviews and performance management.
• Guide sourcing strategies and ensure compliance with talent acquisition frameworks.
