Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Regional HR Generalist based in Singapore to act as the primary people operations partner for APAC and UAE. You will advise managers on complex employment matters, own regional leave and immigration processes, and collaborate with global teams to ensure compliant, smooth operations across Singapore, Korea, Japan, Australia and UAE.

You will coordinate benefits renewals, support employee relations and offboarding, and proactively close gaps in regional compliance

Qualifications

5+ years as an HR Generalist or People Operations professional with multi-jurisdiction experience in APAC/ME.
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements.
Experience advising and coaching managers on people matters and complex compliance.

Responsibilities

Advise managers on local employment matters and policy guidance.
Own regional leave administration across APAC/UAE with entitlement tracking.
Coordinate regional benefits renewals with Benefits Lead and vendors.
Provide immigration support for APAC and UAE employees with external counsel as needed.
Lead employee relations and offboarding where required, with prudent judgment.
Identify regional compliance gaps and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistent operations and policy rollout.
