Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Manager, ACE Partnerships in Singapore to architect strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will identify key problems, lead cross-functional deals, and manage senior-level relationships to drive growth in ACE, including dine-out and delivery initiatives.

You will coordinate with ACE GM Organisation, Group BD, and regional teams to ensure coherent strategy, while delivering impactful partnerships and managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of regional strategic partnerships experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships across Southeast Asia.
• Strong track record in project management and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and narrow down problem statements that benefit from strategic partnerships.
• Drive end-to-end projects/deals from commercial negotiation to closure and execution.
• Maintain relationships at senior levels with partners to accelerate growth for ACE.
• Stay aligned with Group BD/ACE strategy and ensure coherence with company initiatives.
• Engage with prospects and partners to tailor Grab value propositions to their needs.
• Deliver regular reviews to management outlining progress, challenges, and strategies.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and share best practices regionally.
