Dynatrace seeks a seasoned Partner Sales Manager to recruit, develop, and manage partner business across Indonesia and Singapore, focusing on Dynatrace’s Software Intelligence platform for the Enterprise Cloud. You will travel to nurture relationships, build joint initiatives, and drive partner-led revenue.

The role requires a decade of software sales/BD/partner experience, proven target attainment, and the ability to communicate with both C-level and technical staff. Relocation not offered.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in software sales, BD or partner management.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience recruiting partners and generating new revenues.
• Software as a service/cloud services experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
• Experience in observability or related tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand Partners’ business and align Dynatrace solutions to GTM propositions.
• Qualify new Partners and communicate value to executives and staff.
• Develop Partners to be self-sufficient in joint marketing of solutions.
• Develop and implement regional partner sales strategies with assigned partners.
• Communicate regional partner activities to other Dynatrace Partner managers.
• Track and report key actions, results, and forecasts; develop business plans.
• Act as evangelist to drive Dynatrace solutions.
• Collaborate with region sales leadership to execute the partner plan.
• Host quarterly business reviews with partners and drive accountability.
• Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue.
