Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced Regional Experience Concierge leader. You will curate luxury guest journeys, build a regional partner network, and collaborate with Product Development, Commercial Experiences, and Hotel Operations to elevate experiences across Asia Pacific, notably around Thailand and Japan.

The role requires hands-on fieldwork, multi-property coordination, and a data-driven approach to deliver differentiated guest experiences while upholding Four Seasons

Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge/guest experience or DMC leadership.
• Extensive knowledge curating destination experiences in Asia Pacific, esp. Thailand and Japan.
• Proven track record building regional partner networks for exclusive experiences.
• Strong single-point contact across multi-stakeholder journeys and logistics.
• Experience establishing SOPs, training teams, and scaling standards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM and staff tools (Alice, GoCon) preferred.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Budget planning and data-driven performance improvement experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dedicates significant time on the ground at regional properties and destinations for hands-on analysis and product evaluation.
• Identify and curate luxury experiences with a regional intelligence mindset.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage luxury tour operators and vendors for exclusive experiences.
