We value a genuine passion for hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. A Diploma in Hospitality and familiarity with Opera are preferred; Singaporeans only due to visa rules.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field; luxury experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar systems is a plus.
• Open to Singaporeans only due to visa restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and personalise guest experiences by managing a wide range of requests.
• Curate and share insider knowledge of the destination and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure flawless execution of guest requests.
