Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Account Manager to manage and grow key MNC and regional accounts across ASEAN, building strong relationships and serving as the main contact for account matters.

You will identify upselling opportunities, support onboarding of regional accounts, monitor KPIs, conduct reviews, and collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance to deliver effective solutions. Location: Jurong East; hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; salary up to SGD 13,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business/Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing MNC or regional accounts across multiple markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key MNC and regional accounts across ASEAN countries.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for account-related matters.
• Identify opportunities to expand account scope across markets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new regional accounts to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to operations.
• Monitor customer performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive service improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to address performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive customer retention, renewal, and long-term account growth.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to enhance service quality and strengthen partnerships.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
