Job summary

E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. is seeking a regional business development leader to drive revenue and gross profit targets across South Asia.

You will identify and develop regional and multinational customers, and execute account strategies to grow business and strengthen relationships. You will collaborate with Country Heads, Territory Sales Managers, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service to support regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing regional or multinational accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional business development initiatives to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
• Identify and develop new regional and multinational customers across key markets and industries.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Lead regional RFQs, tenders, and cross-country sales opportunities.
• Work with Country Heads, Territory Sales Managers, Pricing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support regional opportunities.
• Manage the regional sales pipeline, CRM updates, sales forecasts, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate pricing, commercial proposals, contracts, and service agreements across countries.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing, margin, and credit policies.
• Support onboarding and service delivery for regional accounts across South Asia.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Deg in Business/Sales & Marketing or any related field
• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing regional or multinational accounts is preferred
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
• Salary: Up to $13,000
