Cognizant Technology Solutions Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an intermediate-level Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

The role covers sourcing and closing IT/technical talent across software development, infrastructure, QA, and data disciplines, with regional exposure across ASEAN. You will manage end-to-end requisitions, partner with engineering hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Lead, and contribute to employer branding and recruitment events

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience across in-house and agency/RPO.
• Experience recruiting IT/technical roles (software, DevOps, QA, data).
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and TGFEP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical requisitions from intake to onboarding.
• Source and screen pipelines across software, infrastructure, QA, and data roles.
• Coordinate with ASEAN hiring managers and regional recruiters.
• Engage with job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, agencies and events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track metrics.
• Support employer branding and recruitment events.
