Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced technology recruiter in Singapore to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for open positions, consult with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.

The role requires 3+ years in technology recruiting, experience with data centre roles, and strong knowledge of ATS systems, along with a solid understanding of recruiting policies and employment law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technology recruiting and staffing.
• Experience working on Data Centre’s positions.
• Regional exposure will have added advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Strong understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies for open positions.
• Regularly consults with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.
• Ensures all candidate requirements are met within the applicant tracking system.
• Actively sources, interviews, and presents qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
• Manages candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.
• Adheres to established hiring procedures and guidelines.
• Promotes workforce diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
