Job summary

Cognizant in Singapore is seeking an intermediate-level Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will manage end-to-end IT/technical requisitions, sourcing and screening across software, infrastructure, QA and data roles, while collaborating with engineering hiring managers and regional teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in combined in-house and agency recruitment, plus strong stakeholder management and ATS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to both in-house and agency/RPO recruitment, including IT/technical roles.
• Solid experience recruiting for software development, infrastructure/DevOps, QA and data disciplines.
• Experience coordinating scaled technical hiring drives across multiple requisitions.
• Sourcing through portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, agencies and tech meetups.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical requisitions, from intake with engineering managers to offer and onboarding.
• Source, screen and manage candidate pipelines across software, infrastructure, QA and data roles.
• Support scaled hiring campaigns and regional recruitment activities in ASEAN as needed.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, track submissions and service levels.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide market insights to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on time-to-fill metrics.
