Job summary

CAMBIASO RISSO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Specialist to support IT services across Singapore and the Asia region, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues and user requests. You will diagnose problems, guide users, and collaborate with regional and global IT teams.

You will maintain end-user devices, assist with IT administration and documentation, and help implement technology initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IT, information systems or related discipline.
• Ability to provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues in a professional manner.
• Understanding of IT operations, end-user computing, system administration, and technology support processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems and common business applications.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root-cause analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with users of varying proficiency.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and follow procedures.
• Exposure to IT operations or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
• Interest in AI, automation, cybersecurity and digital workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and user accounts.
• Apply troubleshooting to maintain availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
• Manage and prioritise helpdesk requests, with escalation when needed.
• Support IT asset management: procurement, deployment, inventory, licensing, retirement.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and SOPs.
• Monitor system and network performance and perform routine maintenance.
• Support cybersecurity controls and policies to safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with regional and Group IT teams to uphold standards.
• Contribute to tool implementations, automation, and AI-related projects.
• Analyze and communicate technical information through reports and updates.
• Support continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies.
