- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide remote and on-site support to end-users.
- Perform routine software updates and system checks.
- Assist in deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
- Document issues, resolutions and procedures for future reference.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.
- Train and guide end-users in IT systems and applications.
