Job summary

Cambiaso Risso Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Specialist to support IT services across Singapore and the Asia region. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, diagnose and resolve IT-related problems, and assist with technology initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.

The role requires hands-on IT support, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with regional and global IT teams to ensure security and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
• Understanding of IT operations, end-user computing, system administration, and technology support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and user account issues in a timely and customer-focused manner.
• Apply technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and end-user technologies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including SOPs, asset records, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Support the implementation and adherence to cybersecurity controls, policies, and best practices.
