Job summary

ACCLIME RISK ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Level 2 Regional IT Engineer in Singapore to support a multi-country IT environment, strengthening cybersecurity and delivering corporate IT initiatives.

You’ll provide Level 2 end-user support, manage Microsoft 365 services, and handle device deployment with Intune and Autopilot, while ensuring security and reliable connectivity across the region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure/support experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience.
• Hands-on with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Teams.
• Solid Windows 10/11 and Windows Server knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 regional end-user support across multiple countries.
• Administer M365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices with Intune and Autopilot.
• Maintain endpoint security and perform vulnerability resolution.
• Monitor network connectivity and IT infrastructure health.
• Document procedures and participate in audits.
