Job summary

Acclime is seeking a Level 2 Regional IT Engineer to join the Group IT team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting a regional technology environment, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering IT initiatives across multiple countries.

You will work with cloud technologies and participate in the upkeep of a secure, modern IT landscape, engaging with end users and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in IT infrastructure support or sysadmin roles.
• Strong MS 365 and Entra ID experience.
• Hands-on with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Teams.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Experience with endpoint management and security solutions.
• Good networking fundamentals; VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
• Familiarity with firewall and security appliances is a plus.
• ISO 27001 familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support across the region.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows devices via Intune and Autopilot.
• Handle endpoint management and software deployment.
• Support endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Manage user accounts and access controls per security policy.
• Maintain Windows client/server environments and virtualization.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Monitor infrastructure health and compliance; assist audits.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors on regional IT projects.
