Wonder® Engineering Technologies is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive end-to-end regional growth across Malaysia and Brunei. You will manage key client relationships, pursue project opportunities, and expand distributor networks.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial sales or regional market development, with strong negotiation, presentation, and market intelligence capabilities. Frequent travel within the region is expected.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial sales, business development, or regional market development roles.
Proven track record in end-user development, project chasing, channel building, and regional industrial market expansion.
Strong regional market insight, negotiation skills, client relationship management, and project development capabilities.
Independent, target-driven, and capable of managing full-cycle business development for Malaysia and Brunei regions.
Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia and Brunei for client visits, site surveys, and market development activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build long-term strategic industrial business partnerships.

Mansioni

Plan and execute daily market development strategies to expand business presence and market share in Malaysia and Brunei industrial sectors.
Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with key end-users, main contractors, EPC players, and local industry stakeholders across targeted regions.
Source, track, analyze, and follow up on ongoing and upcoming industrial projects to secure new business opportunities.
Develop, nurture, and expand local distributor and agent channels to strengthen regional market coverage and project penetration.
Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, site surveys, and industry networking activities to capture market intelligence.
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, project tenders, and industry demands to proactively adjust business development strategies.
Prepare project proposals, commercial quotations, and provide technical coordination support for local enquiries and tender submissions.
Maintain systematic client records, project pipelines, and regular business progress reports for regional market development.
Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver professional pre-sales support, technical clarification, and project follow-up.
Achieve assigned regional sales targets and continuously grow business volume in Malaysia and Brunei markets.
