Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Regional Operations Lead with end-to-end accountability for APAC implementations and ongoing operations. You will coordinate across countries, manage escalations, and drive governance and continuous improvement within a high-demand account.

You will lead cross-country initiatives, translate requirements into regional operating models, and ensure readiness through go-live and steady-state performance. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in logistics, transport, operations, implementation or key account management, including regional or multi-country exposure.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end road transport and control tower operations across multiple countries.
• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-country initiatives in matrix organisations without direct authority.
• Experience with governance, performance management, escalation and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with transport management systems and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional implementation and operations owner for the account across the complete lifecycle.
• Serve as regional SPOC for implementation, performance, service continuity, risk and escalation topics.
• Lead regional implementation of new Road business scope with cross-functional teams.
• Translate approved requirements into regional and country-level operating models, SOPs and handover requirements.
• Own governance, scoping, resources, training, go-live, hypercare and transition to steady-state.
• Ensure robust handover and acceptance criteria before new scope moves to steady-state.
• Escalate and coordinate crisis management and recovery actions as needed.
• Maintain crisis-management framework and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-country responses to urgent customer requirements while balancing service and compliance.
• Lead regional reviews tracking readiness, milestones, performance and open risks.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across countries.
• Ensure account requirements are integrated into country execution per governance and compliance.
• Prepare regional operational preparedness including capacity and contingency planning.
• Assess impact of scope changes and advise stakeholders on feasibility and timelines.
• Foster a one-team operating model across global, regional and country stakeholders.
