Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.

• Monitor and review operational KPIs across APAC.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and review operational risks.
• Drive RCA and CAPA for service failures.
• Keep SOPs current and standardized regionally.
• Conduct governance meetings with internal stakeholders.

Position Summary

The Regional Control Tower Manager is responsible for leading the APAC Regional Control Tower to deliver world‑class logistics services across multiple countries and business units by acting as a key regional coordination point between customers, account leadership, country operations teams, transportation suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role is accountable for operational performance, customer satisfaction, service governance, resource planning, carrier management, continuous improvement, and strategic customer engagement across the region.
The incumbent will act as the primary operational leader for the Regional Control Tower, support regional account governance, monitor operational performance, manage customer escalations, identify operational risks, and contribute towards process standardization and business improvement initiatives by identifying potential opportunities for service enhancement, operational improvement, and account expansion/business growth within APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall APAC Regional Control Tower operations to ensure consistent execution of logistics activities.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure all shipments are executed in accordance with customer SOPs, contractual obligations, and internal compliance requirements.
• Oversee daily operational performance across multiple countries and business units.
• Ensure workload balancing and effective utilization of regional resources.
• Support business continuity planning and contingency management.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic regional customers.
• Build strong relationships with customer logistics, procurement, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
• Lead Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Present operational performance, KPIs, improvement initiatives, and service enhancements.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Manage high-level customer escalations until closure.
• Monitor and review operational KPIs across all APAC countries.
• Ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Review operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for service failures.
• Ensure SOPs remain current and standardized across the region.
• Conduct regular operational governance meetings with internal stakeholders.
