Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Singapore is seeking a seasoned APAC SOP Lead to shape and govern standard operating procedures across the region. You will train country teams, audit for compliance and safety, and serve as the APAC SME and executive spokesperson.

The role emphasizes expanding white glove services, driving profitability, and maintaining strong customer escalations and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• Preferably >10 years experiences in the logistics industry or in an operations or customer service environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of good transport operations.
• The position requires some travel internationally and intercultural competence & global thinking, and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of global integrated logistics requirements and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the SOP in APAC.
