Job summary

DP World in Singapore is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end logistics projects across the country, adapting regional strategies to meet local customer needs, regulatory requirements, and DP World’s operational framework.

You will coordinate deployment for new and existing clients (warehouse operations, transportation management systems, client onboarding), plan timelines, track milestones, ensure on-time delivery, and provide post-go-live support, with frequent stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Logistics Management.
3+ years experience in logistics project management.
Warehouse operations experience is a plus.
Six Sigma background desirable.
Strong attention to detail.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and self-driven with ownership mentality.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

Execute projects per DP World's governance standards and best practices.
Champion project methodologies during build and deploy phases.
Collaborate with site managers to ensure solutions are implemented per design intent.
Manage procurement processes and timelines.
Document costs and present to management for approval.
Ensure active involvement of project team and escalate when needed.
Finalize operations concepts, scope and deliverables with written client approval.
Execute projects in-country with budgets and compliance to local regulations.
Address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
