Job summary

JonDavidson Pte Ltd is seeking a Deputy Group Regional HR Director to shape the people strategy and drive transformation across APAC. This hands-on leader will be a trusted advisor to business leaders and responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives.

You will lead workforce development, succession planning, and complex employee relations, coordinating with Legal & Compliance and cross-regional teams to ensure HR best practices and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12–20 years HR partnership experience including 7 years in regional, managerial/strategic roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop the People Strategy and Agenda
• Facilitate the People Plan process with business leaders
• Build knowledge of business managers in implementing HR core processes
• Oversee workforce development and Talent Management
• Identify potential leaders and develop them
• Develop and implement succession ladders/plans
• Manage projects within transformational change programs
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships and provide high-quality HR services
• Investigate and advise on complex employee relations cases with Legal & Compliance
