Job summary

Lidl Asia Pte. Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors EC implementations, enhancements, and maintenance across the Asia region.

You will partner with Lidl International HR and IT to deliver user-friendly, cost-efficient HR technology solutions. The role requires strong project management, system integration, and data analytics skills, with a focus on automation and process optimization in a large multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting & configuring HR systems (SAP/SF) and data analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
• Excellent Project Management skills for HRIS implementations and stakeholder management.
• HR system integration and interface management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving, with strong prioritization and multi-tasking.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Information Systems.
• Strong English; German language skills beneficial for system communications.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC across the L&K Asia region.
• Bridge regional HR and German counterparts for HR technology projects; translate requirements into solutions.
• Collaborate with German counterparts on system configuration, end-to-end testing, and process optimization.
• Act as BPE for core modules (e.g. OM, PA, PY, BVW, SAP ACCESS) with holistic SAP HR oversight.
• Lead on-the-ground implementation of HR transformation projects focusing on automation and optimization.
• Instill data discipline and metrics across HR systems and processes.
• Manage and delegate day-to-day operational support and ticket resolution.
• Perform other duties as required.
