Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Regional HR Officer to support HR operations across Asia with a strong focus on payroll processing and verification for employees in multiple countries. You will work closely with country HR teams and payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll.

The role involves managing high-volume payroll, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and maintaining precise HR records across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on exposure to high-volume payroll processing (150+ employees preferred).

Requirements

• Regional or multi-country payroll/HR exposure will be an advantage

• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills
