Job summary

Pacific Internet Ltd seeks an HR Operations Manager to drive day-to-day HR and administrative services across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. The role covers statutory compliance, HRMS administration, workforce planning, and operational people processes with a small regional team.

You will ensure consistent, compliant service delivery and act as operational contact for lifecycle events, while coordinating with Finance, Legal, and country stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years HR operations/generalist experience.
• 2-3 years in a team-lead or supervisory capacity.
• IHRP-CP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience administering multi-country statutory HR/payroll in SEA; Singapore mandatory; other SEA markets a plus.
• Hands-on with HRMS platforms (BIPO, Workday, or similar).
• Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency for regional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer multi-country statutory payroll-adjacent processes and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Lead and support a distributed HR & Admin team across SEA markets.
• Maintain HR policies and governance in line with group frameworks.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount reporting, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy and reporting; build dashboards and templates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and country stakeholders on statutory/compliance matters.
• Support bilingual (English/Chinese) materials for regional reporting where required.
