Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a strategic HR leader to partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership across Singapore and Southeast Asia, guiding growth and transformation in a fast-growing healthcare and wellness group.

You will build scalable people frameworks, lead leadership recruitment, and implement performance, development, and engagement programs to sustain a high-performance culture during expansion, across regional operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of HR leadership with regional business partnering experience.
Proven track record in transformation, restructuring, organisational design or change management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to build HR frameworks, policies and people processes in growing organisations.
Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Review organisational structures, workforce capabilities and reporting frameworks.
Partner with senior leadership to assess talent effectiveness and succession opportunities.
Drive workforce planning initiatives to support growth and market expansion.
Lead recruitment for key management and leadership positions across the organisation.
Develop and implement performance management, talent development and employee engagement programmes.
Establish scalable HR policies, processes and governance frameworks.
Provide strategic HR leadership across regional operations and support expansion initiatives.
