Job summary

Michelman Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to support regional HR operations. You will manage end-to-end HR activities, advise managers, and ensure compliance with MOM and CPF regulations while driving employee engagement.

The role requires at least 5 years in HR, experience with blue-collar and foreign workers, and strong communication across levels. Manufacturing background preferred; Monday–Friday work hours apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or organizational leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Experience as HR Generalist or HRBP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM, CPF, and WP foreign worker rules.
• Experience with manufacturing workforce and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full range of HR activities and contribute to regional HR projects.
• Administer performance management, L&D, retention, and compensation programs.
• Act as business partner to managers and directors in the region.
• Serve as point of contact for HR inquiries and associate questions.
• Investigate issues and partner with leadership for resolutions.
• Lead engagement surveys, stay/exit interviews, and action planning.
• Develop and deliver HR training modules, virtual and in person.
• Manage Workers Compensation and Leave of Absence cases.
• Assist in recruitment, job descriptions, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Support employee engagement activities and HRIS records.
• Assist change management and special HR projects.
