Job summary

EUDA Health Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Director to lead and strengthen the Group's HR function across Singapore, Malaysia and Greater China.

The role covers manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee and management evaluation, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organisational development and HR compliance, with close collaboration with senior management to support regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Admin or related.
• 10+ years HR experience, with senior or regional leadership.
• Strong talent acquisition, manpower planning, and performance management experience.
• Ability to evaluate capabilities objectively and advise management.
• Experience in organisational development, compensation & benefits, policy development.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices; regional exposure preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or regional organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group’s HR strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for management, corporate and operational roles.
• Oversee manpower planning, workforce budgeting and performance appraisal.
• Establish job descriptions, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Oversee HR policies, handbooks and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Support restructuring, change management and talent management.
• Manage employee onboarding, contracts, renewals and offboarding.
