Job summary

Health Sciences Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director, Human Resources to lead HR business partnering, workforce analytics and operations, partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business objectives.

You will shape and deliver HR services from talent acquisition and employee relations to HR technology management, data-driven insights, and Workday enhancements, managing a diverse team across strategic and operational HR.

Qualifications

15+ years of HR experience with a track record in HR business partnering, operations and analytics.
Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders; hands-on in HRIS management (Workday).
Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HR Business Partners to translate business requirements into HR strategies.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and exit management.
Manage HR Systems (Workday) configuration, maintenance and enhancements and global deployments.
Build robust data analytics capabilities and dashboards (Tableau) and oversee statutory reporting obligations.
Drive HR operations excellence and data integrity across processes.
