Job summary

Synagie Group Asia & Europe is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead all people-related functions across the Group’s global markets. You will establish a structured People Governance framework, ensure regulatory compliance, manpower planning alignment, and performance governance to support the Group’s P&L ownership model.

You will serve as the executive steward of People Governance across all Business Units and lead the HR team, guiding payroll controls, vendor relationships, succession

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide People Governance and ensure regulatory compliance across SEA markets.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and statutory reporting.
• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and analytics for business units.
• Standardize performance appraisal and salary band governance.
• Develop succession plans and lead HR capability development across geographies.
