BMW Group Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Operations Intern (f/m/x) to join the Local HR team. The internship runs from 4 January 2027 to 30 June 2027 and is full-time.

You will support HR operations across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation while gaining hands-on experience in a global company. You will help promote HR communications through newsletters, email, intranet, and SharePoint, assist in reviewing HR policies, and coordinate local projects with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HR or related fields.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

What You Should Bring Along

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
