Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related fields.
• Strong IT, data analytics and project management skills.
• Creative and pro-active with ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be part of Regional HR team to support data analytics and reports to inform design, maintenance and next steps based on data insights.
• Support and promote HR communication with internal and external channels (Newsletter, Intranet, Regional Career Page).
• Assist in coordination of HR projects and digitalized initiatives within the region.
