LEWE Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Regional HR & Administration Manager to lead HR and Administration across Singapore and the assigned regional operations in Malaysia, Indonesia (incl. Batam) and India.

Based in Singapore, the role partners with Management to develop practical people strategies, oversee manpower planning, recruitment, compensation, payroll governance, employee relations and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
Postgraduate qualification in HR or related discipline would be advantageous.
Professional HR certification from a recognised body would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions across Singapore and assigned regional operations in Malaysia, Indonesia/Batam and India.
Partner with Management and HODs on organisation structure, strategic workforce planning, manpower budgeting, workforce capability and people-related business matters.
Develop, implement and review regional HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, SOPs and governance frameworks while ensuring localisation.
Lead regional manpower planning and recruitment for managerial, professional, engineering, technical, project, operational and support positions.
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, performance management, development, employee relations and separation.
Develop and review compensation and benefits practices, salary structures, market benchmarking, annual salary reviews and remuneration programmes.
Provide governance and oversight of payroll, attendance, leave, allowances, statutory requirements and related HR controls.
Advise Management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations and performance issues.
Develop and coordinate performance-management, talent-management and succession-planning processes.
Lead Training Needs Analysis, competency development, annual training planning and leadership/employee development initiatives.
Support regional employee deployment and cross-border HR matters, including work authorisation and immigration processes where applicable.
Monitor changes in employment legislation and regulatory requirements affecting regional operations.
Drive HRIS, HR process improvement, digitalisation and people analytics.
