Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore and regional offices. You will handle onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding while supporting recruitment and payroll coordination.

The role requires 3+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore practices, excellent communication and organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally with regional/MNC exposure.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
• Independent, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore and assigned regional offices.
• Handle employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, transfers, confirmations and offboarding.
• Support recruitment, manpower planning and coordination with hiring managers.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave, claims and employee records.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, headcount data and basic HR analytics.
• Assist with regional HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation.
• Liaise with overseas HR teams and external vendors where required.
