Job summary

Mesh Bio is a leading digital health company revolutionizing healthcare delivery through advanced analytics. We are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to hunt, close, and expand new business across our regional markets from Singapore.

You will build relationships with doctors and healthcare administrators, design strategic sales plans, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into deployable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of proven business development and deal-closing experience in healthtech, biotech, medtech, imaging, or pharma industries.
• Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Solid network of industry contacts across hospitals, healthcare systems, and life sciences organizations.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Travel up to 50% of the time within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Qualify opportunities, follow up leads, and convert to revenue.
• Devise and execute sales plans to hit targets regionally.
• Conduct consultative engagements and create urgency for adoption.
• Build long-term relationships with doctors and institutional partners.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Solutions Engineer for demos and deployments.
• Translate commercial strategy into sales and deployment activities.
