Job summary

BIOBOT SURGICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive regional sales growth across assigned markets, focusing on distributor management, market development and customer engagement.

You will manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to closure while building accountable distributor networks to achieve targets. You will collaborate with Product, Application, Marketing and Operations to support product demonstrations, training, regional marketing efforts, and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of commercial, sales and distributor management experience in medical devices/MedTech.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and progressing complex B2B healthcare opportunities.
• Experience across Southeast Asia and/or broader Asia-Pacific healthcare markets.
• Experience in urology, surgical robotics, diagnostic imaging or related technologies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and drive commercial performance.
• Own the sales pipeline from identification to quotation, negotiation and closure.
• Manage distributors, develop plans, and ensure coverage and execution.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinicians, KOLs, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Operations for demonstrations, training and campaigns.
