Job summary

RevUp Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Programme Associate/Programme Manager to support a regional community platform aimed at improving health outcomes across Asia. Qualifications

6–8 years of relevant experience in global health, public health, international development, philanthropy, management consulting, programme management, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day engagement with Community members, including philanthropic organisations, programme partners, subject matter experts, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Coordinate governance structures and working groups, including scheduling, agenda-setting, development of discussion materials, documentation of key decisions, and follow-through on agreed actions.
Support the development of strong relationships across the community and maintain visibility on activities, priorities, and opportunities for collaboration.
Assist in identifying gaps, risks, and areas needing clarification to strengthen programme design and proposals.
Maintain systems to provide visibility on status, dependencies, and next steps.
