Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) invites an experienced Director of Regional Vendor Management and Procurement for APAC to join our Singapore operations. You will shape unified procurement strategy, governance, and performance across FM categories, driving cost savings and ethical practice.

You will lead RFP execution, contract scoping, and supplier negotiations while managing offshore and regional teams to deliver continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment with client leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities, property management, strategic sourcing, or related leadership role.
• Experience across multi-country APAC jurisdictions (excluding India).
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with suppliers.
• Analytical skills with benchmarking and cost-savings experience.
• Proficient in cloud productivity tools and collaborative platforms.
• Leadership of remote/offshore/admin teams and effective communication with senior client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rolling 12-month and multi-year procurement plans for APAC.
• Lead RFPs, bids, and contract governance to meet KPIs and savings targets.
• Scale and govern Vendor Management & Procurement framework across accountability pillars.
• Standardize SOW templates and ensure baseline consistency across APAC operations.
• Manage the offshore VMP team and coordinate with client offices during issues.
• Monitor spend, perform supplier evaluations, and deliver Share of Savings initiatives.
