Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore seeks a Regional Programme Director APAC to lead delivery of project and programme services across APAC for a regional client. You will manage a small team of programme managers, shaping governance, oversight and delivery across multiple countries.

The role requires strong client relationship management, senior stakeholder engagement, and a focus on value delivery, risk management and continuous improvement across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with stakeholders and assure effective communication from internal client challenges.
• Provide accountability for project delivery of the client’s real estate portfolio in APAC from strategy to handover to FM team.
• Lead a team of programme managers to define, report on timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery to spec, on time and within budget.
