Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a strategic Regional Account Director to lead facility management operations across the Asia Pacific region. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality, compliant services, strong client satisfaction, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in Facilities Management with 5–7 years in senior leadership across APAC.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site portfolios in corporate or commercial sectors.
• Deep knowledge of FM best practices, ISO standards, and HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional facilities strategy aligned with client objectives and SLAs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple APAC countries with focus on cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-cultural team of Facility Managers and Technical Leads.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ESG initiatives, risk management, and business continuity.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendors, and optimize value for money.
