Job summary

Porsche Singapore is seeking a senior strategy and product leadership professional to shape regional corporate strategy, steering planning, pricing and portfolio management. You will align with global direction and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-specific solutions.

The role focuses on governance, strategic execution, and developing a regional team into a high-performance unit across diverse cultural environments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, Marketing or Business Development, including at least 3 years in the premium automotive sector.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in a dynamic and complex business setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural and business environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills, and ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• Preferably previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the regional corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction, market-specific requirements and overarching industry developments.
• Steer key strategic planning processes, including annual business plan, target setting and preparation for senior governance meetings.
• Lead the regional product portfolio including pricing ensuring competitive and market-specific positioning and solutions.
• Manage product-related timelines and information flows, ensuring effective communication and coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate the regional strategic project portfolio, monitor progress and support decision preparation.
• Drive organisational development and optimisation initiatives, promoting operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and develop the regional strategy, corporate development and product team, fostering collaboration, professional growth and a high-performance culture.
