Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years in sales, business planning, commercial management, market development or related roles in automotive/luxury sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving sales performance and sustainable results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating complex challenges into priorities and actions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in international, multicultural environments.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution across boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive for change.

• Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies, business plans and performance initiatives.
• Act as the central interface between Porsche Asia Pacific and markets, coordinating cross-functional teams and executing regional priorities.
• Anticipate market developments using intelligence to shape strategic recommendations and future readiness.
