Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive or luxury sectors with growth delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance across all revenue streams and markets.
• Partner with importer CEOs to strengthen organisational effectiveness and sales funnel excellence.
• Drive KPI-based performance and translate insights into actionable results.
• Develop and execute market-specific growth plans and performance initiatives.
• Act as central interface between Porsche Asia Pacific and markets, coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Anticipate market trends and use intelligence to shape strategic recommendations.
