You will assist in developing and rolling out strategic initiatives, support Retail Development with network planning and corporate architecture alignment, and help enhance dealer performance and customer journey initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Past internship experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise.
• Team-oriented with intercultural understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director Business Development and Business Development team in implementing regional development strategy and internal improvement measures.
• Support Manager Business Development in developing, preparing, and rolling out strategic initiatives and projects.
• Support Manager Retail Development with network planning and implementation of corporate architecture standards as well as with projects to continuously improve dealer performance.
• Support Manager Retail Experience with implementation of projects relating to the customer journey and retail standards with the markets.
• Support the team in preparing monthly reports and key administrative tasks.
