Job summary

Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a senior sales and market development leader to own the performance and growth of assigned importer markets in the APAC region. You will drive sustainable volume, competitiveness and revenue targets across streams, partnering with importer CEOs and leadership teams.

You will steer performance with KPI-based insights, translate market intelligence into actions, and develop market-specific growth plans to unlock potential and achieve short- and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, business planning, commercial management, market development, key account management within automotive, luxury or premium consumer industries.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving sales performance and sustainable results.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating complex challenges into priorities and actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions in international, multicultural environments.
• Experience in driving the professionalisation of dealer organisations would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and change-driving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance and long-term development of assigned importer markets, driving sustainable volume growth and achievement of commercial targets.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to importer CEOs and leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support.
• Drive KPI-based steering and data-driven decision making to identify gaps and opportunities and translate insights into measurable actions.
• Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies, business plans and performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as central interface between Porsche Asia Pacific and markets, mobilising cross-functional teamwork for regional priorities.
• Anticipate market developments and leverage intelligence to shape strategic recommendations and future readiness.
