Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited in Singapore seeks an Executive Director, ASA Regional Head of Client Services – FSS to lead end-to-end client service for Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Digital Assets. You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management and Operations to ensure consistently high-quality, joined-up service across every touchpoint.

• Experience in securities services / asset servicing and client-focused leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multi-market teams and drive change.
• Strong governance, MI/reporting and regulatory awareness for securities services.
• Excellent executive communication and collaboration with Sales, Relationship Management and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional professional qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Client Services delivery across the ASA region for FSS.
• Lead regional Client Services organisation and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own service quality, SLAs, KPIs and client satisfaction across markets.
