Standard Chartered in Singapore seeks an Executive Director to lead the ASA Regional Head of Client Services for FSS, spanning Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Digital Assets. You will own end-to-end client service and drive a multi-market strategy.

You will build a high-performing regional Client Services organisation, embedding continuous improvement and aligning service with evolving client needs, product complexity and regulatory change.

Competenze

• 12+ years of extensive experience in securities services / asset servicing.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-market client services teams.
• Strong track record influencing senior Sales, Relationship Management and Operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee regional Client Services delivery across the ASA region with a consistent operating model.
• Maintain awareness of local regulatory requirements while adhering to global standards.
• Own regional client service MI and reporting for senior governance bodies.
• Establish tiered client segmentation and service coverage models for value balance.
• Partner with Sales, RM and Client Implementation to align onboarding and servicing.
