• Strong understanding of risk management and governance
• Experience in large financial institutions and regulatory awareness
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations

• Accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of Custody & Clearing Operations for Singapore, managing risk and client service
• Lead a multi-product FSS Operations team, collaborating with regional and country hubs
• Define transformation initiatives, service standards and control frameworks
• Govern and supervise operational processes, metrics, and cost budgets to ensure efficiency and compliance
