Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an Executive Director, ASA Regional Head of Client Services – FSS. The role leads end-to-end client service delivery across the region for Financial & Securities Services, spanning Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Digital Assets.

You will build and lead a large regional Client Services organisation, embedding continuous improvement and evolving the service model to match client needs, product complexity and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of extensive experience in securities services / asset servicing, with a proven track record in client service, relationship management or operations leadership.
• Experience leading large, multi-market teams through change and building a high-performing regional Client Services organisation.
• Strong governance, MI/reporting and regulatory considerations in securities services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services delivery across the ASA region with a consistent operating model and governance.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management and Operations to align onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives, including operating model redesign and service tiering.
