Responsibilities

Lead governance and funding processes with executive stakeholders
Define programme vision, milestones and roadmaps
Mobilise delivery across workstreams with clear roles and responsibilities
Track delivery using agile metrics and ensure timely governance
Oversee risk, issue, and interdependencies management
Manage financial governance and benefits realisation
Produce executive dashboards and reporting
Coach and develop the programme team and promote continuous improvement
